About the role
An exciting opportunity to join the BrandWorks family has emerged! We are seeking a full-time/part-time Business Development & Marketing Assistant to support BrandWorks’ marketing and client outreach efforts.
This role combines hands-on marketing execution and business development support, and you will play a key role in keeping our brand active, communications consistent, and client pipeline organised by assisting us with scheduling and publishing content across social media and email campaigns; as well as helping with lead generation, including sending cold emails, following up with past clients, and maintaining & setting up basic workflow in our CRM (HubSpot).
To be successful in this role, you need to…
You are proficient in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
You are familiar with HubSpot, with a proven track record of managing databases, setting up automated workflows, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
You are familiar with email marketing and can take a campaign from concept to execution, including template design, segmenting lists, and conducting A/B testing to drive conversions.
You have 1-3 years of full-time/part-time working experience in the digital marketing field for B2B & B2C.
You possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
You are tech-savvy and experienced in creating content, posting on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and crafting articles on LinkedIn.
You can analyse the market, evaluate and produce monthly reports with great attention to detail.
You are creative, active, and able to contribute to rolling out initiatives related to marketing purposes.
You have a passion for driving impactful digital marketing initiatives and a willingness to work hard in a fast-moving & accelerated environment.
Requirements
Must provide applicable/official English Tests (e.g. IELTS/TOEFL) you have taken within the past 2 years
OR
complete below English proficiency tests, and upload the test results to the Applicant’s Google form:
Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Have experience in creating content & crafting articles for different social media platforms
Have the ability to create, schedule, and send EDMs using Mailchimp.
Familiar with email marketing and can take a campaign from concept to execution, including template design, segmenting lists, and conducting A/B testing to drive conversions.
Have proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Have the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing strategies.
Have experience in managing databases, setting up automated workflows, and maintaining CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
Skills in basic image & video editing, copywriting, and proficiency in using Canva are preferable.
Knowledge in graphic design will be a bonus.
